    8. It's scary.. Very scary when you are close to the launch date.
I swear I hardly sleep now, I have to close partnership deals, I have to start preparing for preparation launch publicity and every single thing is now getting scarier.
The fear isn't about doing it anymore, it's now about people accepting it.
What do you have to say, what do you have to do to make them jump on your boat?.
But last last, we will enter the battle field. Different things might happen but cannot happen so far I breath and that is I won't fail.
    Thanks and God bless

    7. Your runway is important and variable.
Because you saw a platform launch in 2 months of inception doesn't mean you should rush and do your own.
Some platforms that enter into less crowded industries can launch in 2 weeks self but if you want to battle with giants in an industry then you must be at your top game even at entry and must be professional, there fore you must, must take critical time during your runway to tweak and adjust your business, define your market well, your target niche and all.
Also.. Remember to set a launch date, don't just wait till you are finished, other wise, you won't ever finish. (I didn't make this mistake)

    6. Always remember that you are in Nigeria and you deal with Nigerians.
Nigerians sadly are lazy and love procrastinating. From the freelancer you hire to the big company you want to partner with, they all are lazy and procrastinate.
You can curb this by setting deadlines for response to every letter or proposal, if they don't answer you after that date. Move on, they are not serious with business, find another. If there's no other one, then disturb them and remind them about the deadline and they will answer you on time.

    5. Your team is vital.
Pls and pls don't make the same mistake I did. If you are recruiting a team, don't recruit based on "I think this guy is good in this field", recruiting should be based on "I know he is good in this field". Take for example, you want to build a tech platform (any internet enabled platform infact) you must have a developer on your team.. MUST!! and you shouldn't recruit because of them say, them say, what website have you seen the developer design? How good are they? Have you tested them.
If not, you will be frustrated along the line and would end up spending more money than you are supposed to
